RETURN / REPLACEMENT
Our company guarantees acceptance/replacement of goods that have not been used for 14 days*. The period of calculation begins from the date of receipt and is regulated by the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
To take advantage of this feature, make sure that:
- a product that has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, has not been altered, etc.;
- the product is fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not damaged;
All labels and factory markings are preserved.
We will refund your order after receiving the product and reviewing the submitted return/exchange application, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the product and the return/exchange application.
In what cases can an exchange/return of goods be refused?
Refusal to exchange/return goods may be due to the following reasons:

Please note that we do not receive parcels sent with postage at the recipient's expense. In this case, the parcels are returned to the sender.
If the parcel is returned due to the fault of the store, namely:
- the product does not correspond to the description on the store’s website;
- the code of the received product does not match the code of the ordered product;
- defective product.
We will reimburse you for shipping costs after receiving a scanned copy of the carrier's receipt.
Product warranty
Products in our store are provided with a guarantee confirming the obligation that the product is free from manufacturing defects. The warranty is provided for a period from 2 weeks to 36 months, depending on the manufacturer’s service policy, and comes into force two days after the order is transferred to the courier service (for online sales) or from the moment of purchase in the store. Products marked "Used" are not covered by the warranty. Check the product for completeness and absence of defects when you receive it (the contents are determined by the product description or instruction manual).
The warranty period for clothes/shoes in the store is 1 month from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to the following defects:
- damage caused by using the product for other purposes or in violation of operating rules;
- accidental damage caused by the client, or damage resulting from negligence or use (exposure to liquids, dust, etc.);
- damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- damage caused by the use of improper batteries or incorrect electrical connection.
How to return/replace goods
Funds for purchased goods are returned after the following actions are completed:
The buyer transferred the goods to the store warehouse in their original condition. Our employee confirmed its integrity, complete set, presence of factory markings, original packaging. The returned product must be free of any damage, including scratches and chips;
consideration of a client’s application by a competent store employee for the return or replacement of a product;
If you paid for an item by bank transfer, but it was not in stock, you need to fill out a refund form and send it to us by email llc.odin.s@gmail.com or Viber (Refund Form);
Deadlines for product return/replacement
The period within which the product must be replaced/returned is 7 banking days. The period begins to count from the moment the product is transferred to the warehouse along with the client application.
How to process a return/replacement?
If you need to send the ordered product to the store in order to replace or refund it, you must fill out a special application at the Nova Poshta premises. Shipping of goods that the customer decides to return or replace is at the buyer's expense.
* the period for purchasing the product begins from the moment it is received at the premises of the Novaya Poshta delivery service.
