The peculiarity of the sets of clothes is their cut and the materials used. The police uniform must have:
High-quality tailoring - durable double-layer seams, comfortable fit, strict business style;
Tactical materials impregnated with Teflon or other polymers. The main type of fabric is "rip-stop", which has proven itself in the best way in military and special forces clothing. The police uniform is used constantly, therefore the most important characteristics are comfort, quick cleaning, removal of excess moisture and normal heat exchange. Summer sets are equipped with translucent synthetic material inserts. It's not hot in this form. Winter outfit options are insulated with fleece or a mixture of synthetic and natural fibers. Jackets are not blown through and perfectly retain heat;
Plenty of pockets and fastenings. High-quality and professional models are equipped with external and secret pockets for documents, chest places for a badge, mini-camera and GPS tools. The shoulder position of the walkie-talkie makes it easy to use and does not interfere with the movement.
The police uniform includes trousers, a shirt, a jacket and a hat (knitted hat, cap and baseball cap), made in the same style.
Police Shoes
The most important component. Since police officers are in constant motion along city streets, police shoes must also withstand heavy loads:

Anatomical shape that fixes the foot and ankle during fast movement or sudden changes in running direction. The inner part of the sole made of polyurethane foam conforms to the shape of the foot and evenly distributes the loads when walking and running;
Police shoes have a thick rubber sole, resistant to oil products, minor damage, and chemical elements. The tread allows you to maintain balance on any surface, which is important in the city.
Police footwear is divided by season. Lighter versions with ventilation and drainage systems are designed for summer use. Insulated with synthetic and natural fibers - for winter. But the basic requirements and characteristics remain unchanged.
Police equipment
These are specialized kits that include a waist belt and harness components. Modern police equipment is made to facilitate the use of every special equipment. Patrolmen have a lot of such things:
plastic handcuffs;
tactical flashlight with a rubberized shatterproof body;
a pistol "Fort-17" of Ukrainian production and two spare magazines for it, a laser sight;
gas canister;
rubber baton;
means of communication;
additional equipment in the form of a small first aid kit or auxiliary ammunition;
knee pads and elbow pads for special forces;
helmet and body armor with a level of protection defined by the DSTU-V4103-2002 standard.
A very important characteristic is the quick extraction of items such as a pistol, baton, handcuffs. Therefore, a high-quality holster does not have a retainer, but is made in such a way as to reliably hold the weapon in one position, even while running. Baton locks also do not have fasteners and, most often, are presented in the form of rings. Pockets for flashlight and spray can have a secure latch, but they open freely even in rain or snow.
